How To Change The Text On ANY Website You Visit

Ever wanted the power to change the text on ANY website at the click of a button? You could…

  • Get yourself on the news:

  • Or do some shout-outs:

Pretty cool, right? Just follow these quick and easy steps, and 3 minutes from now you can have some fun.

Bare in mind that these changes aren’t permanent and that you’re the only one who can see them. You haven’t just been given the power to ‘hack’ The Internet at will, but we can always pretend!

Let’s get learning!

STEP 1) – Copy this code

Firstly, copy the code below:

javascript:document.body.contentEditable = ‘true’; document.designMode=’on’; void 0

STEP 2) – Create a new bookmark

Create a new bookmark in your browser, then add the code you just copied into the address of said bookmark. Like so:

STEP 3) – Name your bookmark

Rename your bookmark to something a little easier on the eye.

STEP 4) – You’re done!

If you’ve followed these steps correctly, you’ll now be able to visit any site on the internet and change the text as you please; just like you can on wiki!

Try it out! Just visit a web page, click your bookmark and start typing. If you want everything back to normal all you’ve gotta do is hit refresh. Simples.

BUT WAIT! There’s more…

This new power I’ve bestowed upon you can be used for more than just a little fun. It’s actually pretty useful.

If you’re a copywriter, this could help you pitch an idea to your client. Just make a few edits, take a quick screenshot and fire it over. After all, seeing is believing.

If you’re a designer, well, see above. You’ll be able to pitch ideas to your clients, too!

Business owner? If you’ve got something in mind that you’re not quite sure how to translate to your co-workers, this could help.

Meme creators, just imagine how viral you could go with this!

The possibilities are endless. But remember, with great power comes great responsibility. Now, go forth and put your new powers to some good use.

Thank me later.
